• Current perspective: The way of browsing data. A perspective uses one data category as primary, and the other categories as related objects. The list of catetories: taxa, publications, units, authors, records.
• Navigator: Control the way a list of objects in the current perspective is displaed - navigate and sort the list.
• View menu: Choice of categories related to the current object, showed below.
• Browse related objects: Overview of objects from related categories ("Overview") or overview of the selected category (remaining views). No menu means no related objects.
