Taxon description
Gatunek pospolity, szeroko rozprzestrzeniony, holarktyczny, w Europie sięgający poza koło podbiegunowe. W Polsce notowany zarówno z terenów nizinnych, jak i górzystych, chociaż nie stwierdzony jeszcze w wielu krainach, prawdopodobnie jednak występuje na całym obszarze. Spotykany przeważnie pod rozkładającymi się szczątkami roślinnymi.
