Taxon description
Gatunek znany głównie z południowej i środkowej Europy, notowany również z Danii i Wysp Brytyjskich, na ogół rzadko i sporadycznie spotykany. W Polsce notowany zaledwie z czterech stanowisk. Znajdowany na wilgotnych miejscach wśród mchów, zwłaszcza z rodzaju Sphagnum Ehrhardt, ponadto pod nałypwkami.
