Taxon description
Gatunek rozprzestrzeniony od krajów śródziemnomorskich, przez całą środkową część Europy aż do Wysp Brytyjskich, Danii i południowych prowincji Szwecji i Finlandii, notowany również z Kaukazu. W Polsce znany z nielicznych miejscowości, przy czym na Pojezierzu Mazurskim i w Beskidzie Zachodnim tylko z pojedynczych stanowisk, i to na podstawie znalezisk sprzed około stu laty. Występuje na obszarach nizinnych i w niższych położeniach górskich, ale wszędzie bardzo rzadko spotykany.
