Taxon description
Szeroko rozmieszczony gatunek palearktyczny; występuje w Europie od północnych części Hiszpanii i Włoch, Bułgarii aż do północnych krańców kontynentu, poza tym notowany z Kaukazu, Iranu, Syberii i Kamczatki. Zasiedla gleby różnych typów, nie unika — w przeciwieństwie do większości innych gatunków omawianego rodzaju — miejsc wilgotniejszych i zacienionych, spotykany przeważnie w jasnych lasach, na torfowiskach i wrzosowiskach.
