Taxon description
Gatunek rzadko spotykany o niejasnym jeszcze zasięgu, znany z nielicznych okazów z okolic Wiednia, z Tyrolu, z południowego przedgórza Alp, Basenu Karpackiego, Bukowiny i zachodniego Podola. Wszędzie znany tylko ze środowisk kserotermicznych. W Polsce należy do wielkich rzadkości, stosunkowo niedawno znaleziony na Wyżynie Małopolskiej. Występuje w siedliskach roślinności kserotermofilnej, gdzie żyje na lnie złocistym — Linum flavum L.
