Taxon description
Burakowski et al. 1981:
Gatunek znany ze środkowej i południowo-wschodniej części Europy, poza tym notowany z Wysp Brytyjskich i dwu prowincji Szwecji. Większość danych o rozmieszczeniu w Polsce opiera się na znaleziskach z XIX wieku. Nie znany jeszcze ze wszystkich krain, jednak prócz wyższych partii górskich prawdopodobnie występuje na całym obszarze kraju. Poławiany przeważnie na hubach i gnijących grzybach kapeluszowych, rzadziej w spróchniałych pniakach, w ściółce leśnej i wśród mchów.
