Taxon description
Gatunek opisany z północnej Norwegii; znany dotychczas z Wielkiej Brytanii, Szwecji, Finlandii, Karelii, Estonii, Krajów Beneluksu, Niemiec i Austrii. W Polsce notowany z jednego stanowiska na podstawie jednego osobnika schwytanego w locie wśród zabudowań. Zasiedla wilgotne, piaszczyste i żwirowiskowe pobrzeża kałuż, stawów, jezior i rzek.
