Taxon description
Burakowski et al. 2000:
Gatunek opisany z okolicy Wiednia; początkowo mało znany, gdyż nie odróżniany od podobnego Autalia impressa (Ol.), również w Polsce. Z ostatnich danych europejskich o rozmieszczeniu wynika, że jest on szeroko rozsiedlony od północnej Hiszpanii, Włoch, Jugosławii i Grecji przez całą środkową część Europy po Anglię, Holandię, Danię, południową Skandynawię i Finlandię. W Polsce wykazany po raz pierwszy w 1987 r. z Bieszczadów, skąd później notowany z licznych okazów z wielu stanowisk; ponadto odkryto go w latach 1991-1995 jeszcze w trzech krainach. Występuje na obszarach leśnych; poławiany głównie, niekiedy masowo, w grzybach nadrzewnych i naziemnych, jak opieńka — Armila riella Karst., borowik — Boletus Dill. ex Er., mleczaj — Lactarius (Dc.) S.F. Gray i gołąbek — Russula Pers.; ponadto spotykany w przegrzybiałym listowiu, gnijących trawach i przy wyciekającym soku z drzew.
