Taxon description
Rozmieszczenie gatunku oraz wymagania ekologiczne niedostatecznie znane, podawany ze środkowej i południowej Europy, uważany niekiedy za gatunek słonawiskowy, choć wykazywany nieraz ze stanowisk pozbawionych soli. Dane Trelli (1926) z Beskidu Wschodniego według zbadanych okazów dowodowych (J. Makólski*) odnoszą się do Bembidion (Emphanes) azurescens (Dalla Torre).
