Taxon description
Burakowski et al. 1985:
Rozsiedlenie tego gatunku jest słabo poznane — jest to chrząszcz notowany z nielicznych rozproszonych stanowisk w Europie południowo-wschodniej oraz we wschodniej części Europy Środkowej, a najdalej na północ wysunięte, izolowane stanowisko znajduje się w Puszczy Rominckiej na Pojezierzu Mazurskim. W Polsce jest poza tym notowany tylko z Cieszyna i okolic Przemyśla. Bionomia nie jest znana. Postacie dojrzałe poławiano przeważnie w lipcu na zarośniętych pobrzeżach potoków górskich oraz na zmurszałych złomach i pieńkach.
