Taxon description
Burakowski et al. 1993:
Gatunek o zasięgu ograniczonym do całego łuku karpackiego, przy czym w Karpatach Wschodnich pospolity, w zachodniej części areału spotykany znacznie rzadziej. W Polsce znany z licznych stanowisk w Gorcach, Beskidzie Wyspowym i Bieszczadach. Występuje w lasach, zwłaszcza bukowych, na drogach i pobrzeżu polan, w ściółce, spróchniałych pniach, wśród mchów i pod opadłym listowiem. Stadia przedimaginalne, przebieg rozwoju i rośliny żywicielskie nie są znane. Postacie dojrzałe poławiano w maju i lipcu.
