Taxon description
Gatunek o zasięgu ograniczonym do środkowej Europy i południowej części Europy północnej. W Polsce odkryty dopiero niedawno na jednym stanowisku w północnej części kraju. Materiałem lęgowym dla omawianego gatunku jest drewno usychających drzew iglastych, zwłaszcza świerka. Larwy żyją pod korą i w powierzchniowych warstwach drewna. Postacie dojrzałe są zwykle poławiane w maju i czerwcu.
