Taxon description
Gatunek rozsiedlony głównie w środkowej części Europy, na północ docierający do południowych prowincji Szwecji oraz Karelii, a na południe do Alp, Sudetów i Karpat oraz oderwanymi stanowiskami do północnych Włoch i Niziny Węgierskiej. Wszędzie, również w Polsce, chrząszcz rzadko spotykany, notowany u nas z nielicznych stanowisk w czterech krainach. Roślina żywicielska nie jest znana.
