Gatunek termofilny, wykazany z Polski tylko ze wzgórz gipsowych w dolinie Nidy. Opisany z południowego Podola, podany nadto z Rumunii, południowej Rosji, północnych stoków Kaukazu, z Kraju Ałtajskiego i zachodniej Syberii.
