Taxon description
Burakowski et al. 1986b:
Gatunek szeroko rozsiedlony od południowo-wschodniej Polski, Czechosłowacji, rumuńskich Karpat przez Azję Mniejszą aż do Zabajkala. Gatunek ten tworzy trzy podgatunki, których rozmieszczenie, charakteryzujące się dużymi dysjunkcjami, nie jest dokładnie ustalone. Omawiany podgatunek notowany jest z Polski, Czechosłowacji, Ukrainy, Rumunii, Pamiru i obszaru nad dolnym Jenisejem. Stanowisko z okolic Przemyśla jest najbardziej wysunięte na północny zachód w ogólnym obszarze rozsiedlenia gatunkowego. Wymagania ekologiczne i bionomia nie są znane. Poławiano go na iwach rosnących nad rzekami.
