Taxon description
Szelegiewicz 1968:
Europa, zachodnia Syberia, Daleki Wschód, Azja Środkowa.
Gatunek holocykliczny i jednodomny. Żeruje na liściach bylicy pospolitej — Artemisia vulgaris L., rzadziej bylicy piołunie — Artemisia absinthium L., powodując powstawanie żółto lub czerwono zabarwionych wyrośli na brzegach liści.
