Taxon description
Burakowski et al. 1974:
Gatunek o szerokim rozmieszczeniu. Zamieszkuje zachodnią Azję, północną Afrykę oraz znaczne obszary Europy (prócz Fennoskandii). W Polsce rzadko spotykany, wykazywany ze stosunkowo nielicznych stanowisk. Występuje na otwartych, wilgotnych terenach, porośniętych niską roślinnością. Spotykany przeważnie na glebach gliniastych pod butwiejącymi resztkami roślinnymi.
