Taxon description
Burakowski et al. 1974:
Gatunek szeroko rozpowszechniony w północnej Afryce i prawie całej Europie, na północ sięga do Wysp Brytyjskich i południowej części Szwecji, na wschód do zachodniej Syberii i Kaukazu. Żyje na gliniastych pobrzeżach stojących eutroficznych wód, zwłaszcza porośniętych trzciną pospolitą — Phragmites communis Trin., pałką szerokolistną — Typha latifolia L. i różnymi gatunkami turzyc — Carex L. Znajdowany zwykle pod butwiejącymi roślinami na powierzchni ziemi lub wyżej na łodygach lub liściach wymienionych roślin.
