Taxon description
Burakowski et al. 1986c:
Gatunek obejmujący zasięgiem południową część Europy, wykazywany poza tym z Kaukazu, Iranu i Syrii. W Polsce z całą pewnością nie występuje. Dotychczasowe dane o występowaniu u nas są fałszywe. Okazy z Rawicza i Gór Świętokrzyskich były najprawdopodobniej źle oznaczone, natomiast okaz ze Świdra w zbiorze W. MĄCzyŃSkiego, nie złowiony na obszarze kraju, został przypuszczalnie błędnie zaetykietowany (M. Mroczkowski*). Bionomia słabo poznana. Postacie dojrzałe poławiano w próchnie starych drzew, w ściółce przy podstawie dębu, w gniazdach ptaków i trzmieli oraz na kwitnących głogach.
