Taxon description
Burakowski et al. 1974:
Gatunek rozmieszczony głównie w południowej Europie oraz południowej części Europy Środkowej, znany też z Holandii, Danii, Wysp Brytyjskich, Kaukazu i zachodniej Azji. Warunki ekologiczne słabo poznane, w naszym kraju występuje przeważnie na suchych i ciepłych miejscach na skrajach lasów i zarośli, na polanach i tym podobnych biotopach zapewniających dobre nasłonecznienie oraz skryty sposób życia. Na ogół rzadko i pojedynczo spotykany, z wielu krain znany tylko na podstawie znalezisk pochodzących z ubiegłego stulecia.
