Taxon description
Burakowski et al. 1974:
Gatunek rozmieszczony od wysp Brytyjskich i południowej części Skandynawii przez całą Europę Środkową do południowej Francji i północnych Włoch. W Beskidach występuje Dromius (Dromius) angustus var. bescidicus Reitt. Spotykany na zimowiskach głównie pod korą drzew iglastych, przypadkowo tylko liściastych, w okresie wegetacyjnym niekiedy strząsany z gałęzi.
