Taxon description

Burakowski et al. 1974:

Gatunek rozmieszczony szeroko w prawie całej Europie, nie występujący w północnej części Fennoskandii, notowany również z Kaukazu. W Polsce występuje prócz wysokich gór prawdopodobnie wszędzie, ale zbierany bywa w okresie wegetacyjnym dość rzadko w skutek trudnego dostępu do miejsc pobytu, które znajdują się zwykle wysoko w koronach drzew. Spotykany głównie w zimie pod korą i mchem przy podstawie drzew, szczególnie liściastych.
