Taxon description
Heintze 1990:
Motyl bardzo rzadki, spotykany na południu kraju, lata w VI i VII. Gąsienica żeruje na dębach od VII do IX. Oprzęd buduje płytko w ziemi. Zimuje poczwarka, czasem kilka razy.
