Burakowski et al. 1973:

Bardzo rzadko spotykany gatunek zachodniokarpacki, rozmieszczony od średniogórzy węgierskich po Tatry i Małą Fatrę Gatunek podziemny i jaskiniowy, tworzy liczne endemiczne formy lokalne. Poza jaskiniami spotykany w wyższych partiach górskich, w strefie kosodrzewiny oraz w częściach szczytowych w miejscach wilgotnych pod dużymi kamieniami.
