Gatunek o słabo poznanym rozmieszczeniu, znany dotychczas tylko z Karelii, południowej części Fennoskandii, Sudetów, Beskidów Zachodnich oraz Syberii, gdzie najdalej na wschód wysuniętym stanowiskiem jest Czita na Zabajkalu. W Polsce należy do wielkich rzadkości, znany tylko z Sudetów i Beskidu Zachodniego. Nie uwzględnia się tutaj wzmianki T. Trelli (1923c) o znalezieniu omawianego gatunku w miejscowości Mazury w Beskidzie Wschodnim, gdyż jedyna miejscowość o takiej nazwie w tym obszarze, znajduje się obecnie poza naszymi granicami w obwodzie lwowskim (Ukr. SRR). Bionomia i wymagania ekologiczne nie są znane.
