RFN, Związek Radziecki, Dania. Żywicielami są rośliny z rodzajów Sesleria Scop. oraz Festuca L.; Danzig (1975) podaje również jako rośliny żywicielskie Deschampsia flexouosa (L.) Trin., Corynephorus canescens (L.) P.B., Nardus stricta L.
