Taxon description
Burakowski et al. 1978:
Gatunek rozprzestrzeniony od Wysp Brytyjskich i Fennoskandii (od około 64° szerokości geograficznej) przez niemal cały kontynent aż do północnej Hiszpanii, środkowych Włoch i Grecji, ponadto notowany z Kaukazu. Z Polski znany z nielicznych stanowisk, przy tym dane ze Śląska oparte są na znaleziskach z ubiegłego stulecia. Występuje głównie na wilgotnych łąkach i miejscach bagnistych porośniętych sitowiem i turzycami. Znajdowany przeważnie w próchnicy i pod płatami mchów.
