Taxon description
Burakowski et al. 1979:
[KFP 1341: Eudectus gerhardti] Gatunek bardzo rzadko spotykany o niedostatecznie poznanym rozsiedleniu, dotychczas wykazywany tylko z Sudetów Zachodnich, i ogólnikowo z Tatr. Wymagania ekologiczne nie znane, okaz typowy znaleziony był razem z Eudectus giraudi Redt. pod pleśniejącą korą na starym jaworze.
Burakowski et al. 1979:
[KFP 1342: Eudectus giraudi] Gatunek borealno-górski, znany z Wysp Brytyjskich i północnej części Fennoskandii oraz z Wogezów, Alp, Sudetów, Beskidów, Karpat i Siedmiogrodu. W Polsce wykazany z nielicznych stanowisk. Występuje w próchnie starych pni i pieńków drzew liściastych, zwłaszcza jaworu, buka i olchy, pod odstającą, pleśniejącą korą, w hubach i wśród mchów porastających pnie drzew.
Burakowski et al. 1979:
[KFP 1343: Eudectus kulczynskii] Gatunek wymagający skrupulatnych badań. Znany dotychczas tylko z tatrzańskich okazów typowych. Według niektórych badaczy (na przykład Holdhaus-Deubel 1910) omawiany gatunek jest identyczny z Eudectus gerhardti Pietsch, opisanego z Sudetów. Okazy typowe były znalezione pod mchem i porostami na wysokości około 2500 m n.p.m.
