Taxon description
Gatunek o zasięgu ograniczonym głównie do obszarów pagórkowatych i górzystych w południowo-wschodniej Europie oraz we Włoszech, Bośni i Rumunii. W Polsce chrząszcz nadzwyczaj rzadko spotykany, znany tylko z dwu stanowisk oraz ogólnikowo wykazany z Bieszczadów. Występuje na terenach lesistych w różnych grzybach i hubach.
