Taxon description
Burakowski et al. 1976:
Gatunek zamieszkujący zachodnią i południową Europę oraz zachodnią część środkowej Europy. Warunki ekologiczne słabo poznane, poławiany głównie w strumieniach i potokach górskich. Z Polski wykazany niedawno z jednego tylko stanowiska, występowanie trwałe na naszym terenie winno być potwierdzone dalszymi udokumentowanymi doniesieniami.
