Taxon description
Szelegiewicz 1968:
Quednau wyróżnił ten gatunek na podstawie braku pałeczkowatych włosków na grzbiecie ciała. Cecha ta charakteryzuje jednak założycielki rodu wszystkich gatunków z rodzaju Iziphya Nevsky (Hille Ris Lambers, in ht.). Okaz Quednaua jest, być może, założycielką rodu któregoś z dawniej opisanych gatunków.
