Taxon description
Burakowski et al. 1995:
Gatunek obejmujący zasięgiem obszary górzyste w zachodniej i środkowej części Europy, w Bośni i północnych Włoszech. Poławiany na martwych gałęziach drzew iglastych, zwłaszcza jodeł — Abies Mill. i świerków — Picea Dietr., znacznie rzadziej drzew liściastych: buków — Fagus L., klonów — Acer L. i leszczyny — Corylus avellana L. Znajdowany także pod odstającą korą, na pniakach, w ściółce i wśród mchów.
