Prószyński et Staręga 1971:
Gatunek dość rzadko spotykany, chociaż znany z prawie całej Europy (od Portugalii po Ukrainę i od Włoch po Danię) oraz z Azji Mniejszej. Żyje na pniach drzew, parkanach i płotach.
