Taxon description
Burakowski et al. 1980:
Pospolity, szeroko rozprzestrzeniony gatunek w prawie całej Europie (prócz skrajnych części południowych), wykazywany ponadto z Kaukazu i Syberii. Zamieszkuje zarówno obszary nizinne, jak i górzyste, gdzie dociera do strefy subalpejskiej. W Polsce występuje od Bałtyku aż po Tatry. Znajdowany głównie na terenach leśnych w różnych gatunkach grzybów świeżych i gnijących oraz w hubach.
