Taxon description
Szelegiewicz 1968:
Szeroko rozmieszczony w Europie; notowany także z Kraju Przymorskiego.
Gatunek holocykliczny i jednodomny. Żyje pojedynczo na liściach brzóz - Betula verrucosa Ehrh., Betula pubescens Ehrh. W cyklu życiowym brak jest bezskrzydłych dzieworódek.
