Taxon description

Burakowski et al. 1976:

Gatunek znany z południowo-wschodniej Europy, Azji Mniejszej, środkowej Azji i Chin. W Polsce chrząszcz nadzwyczaj rzadki, znany dotychczas tylko z Przemyśla. Warunki ekologiczne słabo poznane. Notowany z różnego rodzaju wód stojących na terenach nizinnych i górskich.
