Taxon description
Burakowski et al. 1981:
Gatunek o słabo poznanym rozmieszczeniu, znany głównie ze środkowej części Europy, notowany też z Wysp Brytyjskich, Danii i południowej prowincji Fennoskandii. Wszędzie, również w Polsce, rzadko albo bardzo rzadko spotykany, znany u nas tylko z trzech krain, a większość danych oparta jest na znaleziskach sprzed przeszło stu lat. Wymagania ekologiczne niedostatecznie poznane; poławiany głównie wiosną i wczesnym latem w ściółce leśnej. Prawdopodobnie zasiedla podziemne chodniki zwierząt glebowych.
