Taxon description

Burakowski et al. 1978:

Gatunek rozmieszczony w zachodniej i środkowej Europie, notowany również z Włoch. W Polsce znany z nielicznych stanowisk tylko w południowo-zachodniej części krain. Znajdowany w murszejącym drewnie starych pni i pniaków, przeważnie w sąsiedztwie gniazd mrówek Formica rufa L., Lasius brunneus (Latr.) i Ponera coarctata Latr.
