Taxon description
Gatunek znany głównie ze środkowej i północno-wschodniej Europy, na zachód sięgający do Francji, a na południe do północnych Włoch i Bałkanów, wykazywany poza tym z Syberii i Kaukazu. W Polsce notowany z nielicznych, rozproszonych stanowisk w południowej części kraju. Zasiedla tereny pagórkowate i niższe położenia górskie. Poławiany na trawiastych stokach, łąkach, pobrzeżach lasu, przesiekach i drogach leśnych, pod rozkładającymi się szczątkami roślinnymi, kamieniami i wśród mchów.
