Taxon description
Burakowski et al. 1987:
Gatunek rozmieszczony w środkowej i południowej części Europy, Azji Mniejszej i na Kaukazie, poza tym jako importowany notowany ze Szwecji. W Polsce dość rzadki, spotykany sporadycznie i nielicznie, wykazywany przeważnie z pojedynczych stanowisk w poszczególnych krainach. Zasiedla głównie obszary nizinne, na terenach górzystych występuje w rejonie dolin. Zamieszkuje świetliste lasy, suche łąki, miedze i ugory. Postacie dojrzałe ukazują się w czerwcu i są poławiane do września na kwiatach różnych roślin, trawach i kłosach zbóż.
