Taxon description

Burakowski et al. 1974:

Gatunek zachodniopalearktyczny, zamieszkujący z wyjątkiem północnej części Fennoskandii prawie całą Europę, notowany również z Kaukazu i Azji Mniejszej. W Polsce znany z nielicznych stanowisk rozproszonych na niżu i w obszarze wyżynnym, w Tatrach sięga co najmniej do 2100 m n.p.m. Występuje głównie na suchych, nasłonecznionych glebach piaszczystych i piaszczysto-gliniastych otwartych obszarów, rzadziej w jasnych lasach, niekiedy spotykany pod płatami mchów, porostów i muraw naskalnych.
