Taxon description
Burakowski et al. 1992:
Gatunek rozmieszczony głównie w południowej i środkowej części Europy, notowany poza tym z Danii, południowej Szwecji, Kaukazu, Algierii i Maroka. W Polsce rozpowszechniony na całym niżu po niższe położenia górskie, ale brak jeszcze udokumentowanych danych o jego występowaniu w niektórych krainach. Zasiedla pola, przydroża, rumowiska i widne lasy. Jako rośliny żywicielskie są podawane rumień polny — Anthemis arvensis L., rumian psi — A. cotula L., żółty — A. tinctoria L. i maruna bezwonna — Tripleurospermum inodorum (L.) Schultz-Bip. Larwy odbywają rozwój w koszyczkach kwiatowych.
