Obszar rozsiedlenia tego gatunku obejmuje Półwysep Bałkański, Azję Mniejszą, Kaukaz, Syrię, Iran, Afganistan, Pakistan oraz Syberię południową i Chiny północne. Zarówno w Polsce, jak i w krajach sąsiednich nie występuje. Notowany u nas na podstawie jednego okazu znalezionego jakoby w Lubartowie — dane te jednak prawdopodobnie oparte były na omyłkowym zaetykietowaniu.
