Taxon description
Burakowski et al. 1981:
Gatunek rozmieszczony prawie w całej Europie oprócz Wysp Brytyjskich i północnej części Fennoskandii, notowany również z Afryki Północnej, Kaukazu i Turkiestanu. W Polsce notowany z nielicznych stanowisk, rozproszonych w różnych częściach kraju. Występuje głównie na terenach otwartych, zarówno na nizinach, jak i w górach, gdzie dociera do strefy subalpejskiej. Poławiany zwykle na glebach piaszczystych pod płatami mchów i porostów, pod starymi rozłogami wrzosów i pod opadłymi liśćmi.
