Taxon description
Prószyński et Staręga 1971:
Gatunek europejsko-syberyjski. Podgatunek nominatywny znany z nielicznych stanowisk w prawie całej Europie, podany także z Chin. W Jakucji występuje inny podgatunek, Oxyptila rauda arctica Kulczyński, 1908. Żyje w ściółce dość wilgotnych lasów iglastych.
