Burakowski et al. 2000:
Gatunek holarktyczny, znany dotychczas z Alaski, Syberii, południowej Skandynawii, Finlandii oraz dwu prowincji niemieckich: Holsztynu i Saksonii; nadto notowany ogólnikowo z Polski. Z uwagi na brak konkretnych danych, tymczasowo nie zalicza się omawianego gatunku do fauny krajowej. Biologia i wymagania ekologiczne nie są poznane; w Szwecji poławiany na ściętych drzewach iglastych.
