Prószyński et Staręga 1971:
Gatunek europejsko-syberyjski, częściej spotykany na wyżynach i w górach – u nas w Tatrach na wysokosei 900-2170, w Karkonoszach 1340 m i w Bieszczadach 1330 m n.p.m. Żyje w lasach świerkowych na dolnych gałęziach drzew i w ściółce, a także na łąkach górskich pod kamieniami i wśród trawy.
