Taxon description
Prószyński et Staręga 1971:
Gatunek środkowo-europejski, znany poza Polską z Moraw, Słowacji i Rumunii. Jest prawdopodobnie wikariantem z bardzo blisko spokrewnionym, zachodnioeuropejskim Porrhomma egeria Simon, 1884. Stanowiska w Ojcowie, Sokolich Górach i Górach Świętokrzyskieh wymagają potwierdzenia nowym materiałem, dokładnie zbadanym anatomicznie, gdyż najbliższe pewne stanowiska Porrhomma egeria Sim. w górach Harz nie są zbyt odległe i może tu chodzić rzeczywiście o ten gatunek, a nie o Porrhomma moravicum Mill. et Krat.
Żyje w jaskiniach lub w górach pod kamieniami, często w pobliżu płatów wiecznego śniegu.
