Taxon description
Gatunek rzadko spotykany, znany z nielicznych stanowisk na południu i zachodzie Europy. Nie wiadomo, na jakich roślinach żyje. Łowiono go na jarząbiu pospolitym — Sorbus aucuparia L., brzozie brodawkowatej — Betula verrucosa Ehrh. i jesionie mannowym — Fraxinus ornus L. Zimują owady dorosłe na drzewach iglastych.
